This programme is a next step for learners who complete our Construction Taster Programme and are ready to take their training to the next level. It’s designed for young people who have shown: ✔️ A strong work ethic ✔️ Good attitude and behaviour ✔️ Reliable timekeeping and attendance Only those who consistently demonstrate commitment and readiness will be invited to progress. What’s Involved: 🟩 CSCS Card & Health & Safety Qualification Learners will complete: The Level 4 Award in Health & Safety in a Construction Environment The official CSCS test, supported and arranged by our team 🧱 6-Week Work Placement After gaining their card, learners will move into a 6-week placement with a local construction company in the trade area of their choice. This real-site experience is a key opportunity to apply what they've learned and prove themselves in a work setting. 💼 Many of our learners go on to secure: Apprenticeships Full-time employment 💷 Weekly Allowance While on placement, learners receive a weekly financial allowance to support them as they gain experience and prepare for work.
