This programme is a progression route for learners who attend our Construction Taster Programme. Only learners who show a will to work, good attitude, good timekeeping and attendance will be put forward for this opportunity. Learners will complete their CSCS test and Level 4 Health and Safety In a Construction Environment test and then go out on a work placement of their choice for 6 weeks, in the hope that they will gain an apprenticeship or a job at the end. While on work placement learners will receive a weekly allowance.
