Our Training for Work programme, fully funded by Glasgow City Council, supports young people aged 16–24 and adults aged 25+ living in Glasgow. Whether you’re a school leaver, unemployed, or looking to change careers, this 12-week full-time programme provides practical construction skills, recognised qualifications, and real work experience. All at no cost to you. What You’ll Gain 🔧 Practical Construction Training (6 Weeks) Hands-on training at our East End centre in: Painting & Decorating Joinery Brickwork Groundworks Aluminium Mobile Towers 🎓 Industry-Recognised Qualifications CSCS Card Lifetime SQA Level 4 Health and Safety within a Construction Environment Certification 💼 Employability Skills Support with CVs, interviews, workplace expectations, confidence, and communication. 🏗️ Work Placement (6 Weeks) A placement with a local construction employer, matched to your interests, offering real site experience and an opportunity of progression into employment or apprenticeships. 🤝 Dedicated Support Guidance and support throughout training, placement, and next steps.
