Our Training for Work programme supports young people aged 16–24 in Glasgow — and adults who are currently not working and ready to get back into the workforce or explore new career opportunities. What the Course Offers: ✅ 6 Weeks of Practical Training at our East End centre: Get hands-on experience in core construction trades including: Painting & Decorating Joinery Brickwork Groundworks Aluminium Mobile Towers ✅ CSCS Card & Health and Safety Certification Get industry-recognised qualifications to help you stand out to employers. ✅ Employability Skills Learn how to build a CV, prepare for interviews, and understand what’s expected in the workplace. ✅ 6 Weeks Work Placement You’ll be matched with a local company based on your interests — a chance to gain real site experience, make connections, and potentially secure a job or apprenticeship. ✅ Support Every Step of the Way Our team is here to guide you — from day one of training to your first day on site (and beyond). Aged 16–24 (also run Adult programmes) Living in Glasgow Not currently in full-time work, education, or training Ready to commit to a full-time 12-week programme Motivated to learn, improve, and build your future 💬 Why Join?
